Tap! Captain Star Mod is a space-themed arcade adventure game focused on rapid screen tapping to defeat waves of galactic monsters. Players guide a starship and its crew through constellations, upgrading abilities using an in-game currency called hypernuclei. The core loop involves quick reaction combat and incremental progression.
What This Mod Unlocks
- Infinite Money (Hypernuclei). The primary in-game currency does not decrease on purchase or upgrade.

The modded APK for Tap! Captain Star Mod alters the client-side currency variable. Spending hypernuclei does not trigger a subtraction from the total. This allows for the instant purchase of every available upgrade in the current version.
To access the modded features, simply launch Tap! Captain Star Mod and open the upgrade or shop menu. The hypernuclei balance will appear as an extremely high number. Attempting to purchase any item will succeed without reducing the displayed total.
This mod requires Android 4.4 or higher. The installation file is approximately 48 MB. Additional storage will be needed for game assets and save data. Root access is not required.
Installation steps are standard for modded APKs. First, enable installation from unknown sources in the device security settings. Second, download the mod APK file. Third, locate the downloaded file using a file manager and tap to install. Fourth, launch Tap! Captain Star Mod from the app drawer.
Known edge cases exist. The infinite money feature is client-side only. If the game connects to any online service for validation, the currency may reset. Progress is saved locally; clearing the app's data will reset all upgrades and story progress, though the infinite money will remain functional upon restart. Some anti-cheat mechanisms in later updates may detect the modified client.
